The magician places a Prediction Book on the table, along with three items — a mobile phone, a pen, and a key. The audience is told they may choose freely from these objects and then remove one.
Once the spectator has made their choice, the magician opens the Prediction Book. On the very first page is a clear image showing the three items — the phone, pen, and key — exactly as placed on the table. The magician then slowly turns the pages. On one page, a hand is shown reaching for one of the objects — and it perfectly matches the spectator’s chosen item.
The effect can be repeated with different results each time, and it never fails.
