We are a family run business situated on the Seafront of Scarborough.
We have been selling practical jokes, novelties, fancy dress costumes and magic since 1996. Yes, that long! 

And we thought it was about time to extend our laughter and products via the world wide web. So here we are!

We sell on ebay, amazon and our own website.

People always tell us of their fond memories of coming to Scarborough and visiting the Joke Shop, it's a tradition for some families!

We have a large range of magic in the Scarborough store, 6 cabinets of Close up Magic, Card Tricks, Stage props and Magical Accessories.

We normally have a very fast turnaround on orders. If you place your order Monday-Friday before 2pm in most cases our store-elves will get the order out the same day (or within 24 hours)!

We ship everything from our very own premises where the shelves are full of Jokes, Fake Poos, Whoopee Cushions, Hen Night Novelties and Scary Halloween Masks all year round.
Over the years our customers have included the likes of Paul Daniels, Royal Shakespeare Company, BBC TV shows like QI and Trade Your Way To The USA, Brian Conley and the band Madness.
