The performer shows a small plastic box with lid and a die that has different colours on each side.

The spectator is asked to examine all apparatus, checking for anything unusual- it really is just a normal box and die!

The performer now turns his back and whilst he is not looking he asks the spectator to select a colour on the die and place it into the box with his chosen colour on top, replacing the lid so that it cannot be seen. This is a totally free choice, and any colour may be selected each performance.

When the performer turns around again he can mysteriously identify the colour chosen by the spectator every time!

Everything can even be handed out for examination again at the end. Now that's magic!
