If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us please contact us first and we will always try our best to resolve any and all problems.

If you have simply changed your mind about wanting your order and wish to return it then please see our Online Returns Policy below.

Our Online Returns Policy:
You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done any time during the first 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order.
In the event of cancellation you must notify us either by email to or
 call us on 01723 379222.

Any returned products must be in the same unused condition you received them in, including all components and packaging. Customers also have an obligation to return items within 14 calendar days of requesting cancellation.

Once your item(s) have been safely returned back to store we will refund you for the cost of the item(s) only. We do not normally offer a refund for shipping costs where you have simply changed your mind about wanting the order.
You are responsible for paying return postage.
The terms of this contract do not affect your statutory rights.

Your rights to return goods in this way are protected under the EU Long Distance Selling Laws which can be found HERE.

Our In-Store Returns Policy:
Cash refunds will only be given on the return of FAULTY items. If the item is not faulty (or deemed not faulty by a member of management) the customer may:
• Exchange the item(s) for other goods in-store. If the exchanged goods exceed the value of the returned item(s), the difference must be paid.
• Accept a credit note for the value of the item(s) being returned. The
credit note can be used for the purchase of goods at a later date.

The above policy will only apply if the returned items are unused and with their original packaging.
We do not offer a returns policy on goods where the customer has simply changed their mind about wanting the goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
