You have the right to cancel your order with us, this can be done any time during the first 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order.

Any returned products must be in the same unused condition you received them in, including all components and packaging. Customers also have an obligation to return items within 14 calendar days of requesting cancellation.

Once your item(s) have been safely returned back to store we will refund you for the cost of the item(s) only. We do not normally offer a refund for shipping costs where you have simply changed your mind about wanting the order.

Cash refunds will only be given on the return of FAULTY items. If the item is not faulty (or deemed not faulty by a member of management) the customer may:
• Exchange the item(s) for other goods in-store. If the exchanged goods exceed the value of the returned item(s), the difference must be paid.
Or
• Accept a credit note for the value of the item(s) being returned. The
credit note can be used for the purchase of goods at a later date.
The above policy will only apply if the returned items are unused and with their original packaging.
